Name: Fallis Ferree Paine Date: November 2nd, 1924 - August 9th, 2009 Obituary: PAINE, Fallis Ferree age 84 of Hillsboro and formerly of Waynesville passed away Sun. Aug. 9, 2009 at Clermont Mercy Hospital. Fallis was a WWII Army veteran. He received a bachelor's degree from Wilmington College and a Master's from Miami Univ. in Oxford. A teacher at Edgewood School District for several years, he was also a member of the American Legion in IN, Knights Pythias in Middletown, and St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Waynesville. He previously served on the vestry at St. Mary's Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lucille; son Robert Paine of Hillsboro; daughter Diana (Dr. Russ) Vance of Evansville, IN; four grandchildren Kelly Ferree, Deirdre, Michael, and Russ IV; and six great grandchildren Chelsea, Kieran, Aimee, Abigail, Ledger, and Ciara.
