Name: Timothy Galaise Date: January 21st, 1957 - October 18th, 2009 Obituary: GALAISE, Timothy J. age 52 of Waynesville passed away Sun. Oct. 18, 2009 at his residence. Tim was a member of the Horizon Pointe Church in Springboro. He previously worked for Advanced Assembly Automotive for about 10 years and more recently worked for Behr Automotive. A craftsman, he enjoyed building, working with his hands, the outdoors, cruising the high seas, and was known as quite the sports fanatic. He was preceded in death by his mother Lea Galaise. Tim is survived by his wife of 17 years, Debbie; two daughters and sons-in-law Tamatha and James Rickey of Springboro and Tonia and Nick Beachler of Waynesville; five grandchildren Zachery and Amanda Richey and Austin, Jackson, and Landon Beachler; his father Arthur Galaise of CT; two brothers Jeffery Galaise of FL and his son Jeffery and Dave and his wife Linda Galaise of Miami Township and their sons Josh and Kyle; sister Linda Schoonmaker of CT and her children Brandon, Andrew, Lisa, and Tami; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. His awesome sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life service will be held 7 PM Thurs. Oct. 22 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, 185 N. Main St. Waynesville. The family will receive friends 4:30-7 PM Thurs. at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Dayton.
