HARTER, Lisa G. age 54, of Waynesville, passed away Mon. Sept. 11, 2017 at her residence. Lisa graduated from Waynesville High School. She retired from Big Bear after 10 years of service and worked several more years for Kroger's. Read Obituary
Lisa was always very sweet when I'd meet her out and about town. She had kind laugh and loved her family, as I gathered from conversation. As far as I can remember, she went to school with us, Class of '82, all the way through.
