Fannie Mae Owens

July 4, 1928 - May 31, 2010

OWENS, Fannie Mae, age 81, of Waynesville passed away suddenly Mon. May 31, 2010 at her residence. Born July 4, 1928 to Edward and Addie Baker. She retired from GM after 28 years of service and was an active member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Lebanon. An avid guitar player, she enjoyed playing bluegrass and gospel music. She was preceded in death by her first husband Earl Wilson and later by her husband Bob Owens, her son Donnie Wilson, one daughter Mary Ann McKinney, one grandson Michael, two brothers Charles and Carl Baker, and one sister Anna Ruth Mosley. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Yvonne and Paul Kaszubowski; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three brothers Ralph (Grace) Baker, Ed (Cheryl) Baker, and Clarence (Wanda Fae) Baker; and three sisters Margie Keith, Wanda (Bill) Rutherford, and Lucy (Richard) Rinck. Funeral services 10:30 AM Fri. June 4 at the Waynesville First Baptist Church. Pastor Bruce DeLange officiating. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thurs. at the church. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the Fellowship Tract League.
