Phyllis "Renae" Catron
January 14, 1965 - July 24, 2021
CATRON, Phyllis “Renae”, age 56, of Cincinnati and formerly of South Lebanon, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021, at her residence. Outgoing, compassionate, loyal, and honest, Renae had a loving heart and found the greatest joy in life by being a mother to her five children. She loved nature and greatly enjoyed walking and hiking while appreciating natural things outdoors. She enjoyed growing plants to spruce up her home, gardening, and especially finding rocks to clean and appreciate in her planters and as decor. Photography was a passion, which was something she took pride in on her walks, hikes, and travels. Among many things, she will be remembered for how much she enjoyed traveling to Red River Gorge, which she loved for the hiking, rocks, animals, scenery, and her family who lived there. She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Eugene Catron. She is survived by five children, Heather Jamison, Lona (Justin) Haddix, Brittany Theis (fiancé Derrek Parizo), Doug Theis, and Samantha Theis; her mother, Phyllis Hughes; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her sister, Leslie Tekulve. Celebration of life gathering and cookout will be 4 - 7 PM Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the clubhouse of Bishop’s Gate at Somerset, 8075 Somerset Chase, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
