I just heard of Bob's passing. A great friend. We were teammates in high school and professionally with the Washington Senators and Texas Rangers, went to college together and took trips and played golf throughout our lives, teammates with the Elks as well... My heart goes out to the Corwin family, whom I have known since I was 14. Bob Corwin was always a gentle, kind person who was always interested in you. I remember his glimmering smile and the twinkle in his eye. He was always caring for others and himself.
He always made me feel at home.
I am saddened he is gone, but his memory will be a blessing.

Being a neighbor of Bob and Sue's for over 20 years gave us the blessing of many memories, big and small as we would see each other outside often. I think the most recurring event was just his sweet demeanor toward us and our children who grew up before his eyes.
