Ada M. Jent's Obituary
JENT, Ada M., age 91, of Lebanon and formerly of Morrow, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022, at her residence.
Ada worked 25 years for JC Penny at the Dayton Mall, which she was always proud of.
Ada was caring and friendly, and a great mom to her children. She was highly artistic and was an excellent painter, specializing in oil, watercolors, and acrylics. She greatly enjoyed pottery, crafts, and fiber arts. She had a lifelong love of flower gardening. Her favorite pastime was traveling. For the past 25 years, she traveled with her friend, Bob Spangenburg, to Europe, Mexico, the Smoky Mountains, cruising, and perhaps her favorite location, Alaska. In her later years, she lived a happy life at Otterbein SeniorLife in Lebanon, where she often enjoyed porch parties with her neighbors and friends. In addition, she participated in several art shows while living at Otterbein.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Leona Wilson, and one brother, Ed Wilson. She is survived by three children, Jim (Linda) Jent, Marlene Jent (David Geddes), and Howard (Peggy) Jent; three brothers, Robert (Wanda) Wilson, Kenneth (Wanda) Wilson, and Wayne (Linda) Wilson; her sister-in-law, Joanne Wilson; eight grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren..
