Alva M. Stotler's Obituary
STOTLER, Alva M., age 97, of Waynesville and formerly of Columbus, passed away Sun. Aug. 18, 2019 at Ohio Living Quaker Heights in Waynesville.
Alva enjoyed attending activities at the American Legion in Columbus. With an outgoing personality, she also enjoyed fishing. She collected clocks and was particularly proud of a rooster clock she owned.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, in 1984, her parents James Allen and Myrtle Carpenter, and one sister Gladys Bush. She is survived by one daughter Margaret Hayden; five grandchildren William, Thomas, Margie, Mary, and Rosemary; 11 great grandchildren; 22 great great grandchildren; one brother James Allen; one sister Pearl (Delmer) Wogan; and brother-in-law Forrest Bush.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thurs. Aug. 22 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville, OH. Graveside services and burial will be 1 PM Fri. Aug. 23 at Kingwood Memorial Park in Lewis Center, OH. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
