BARGER, Anna M. Of Phoenix, AZ died November 17, 2016. Born in Dayton, Ohio April 2, 1924. She graduated from Fairmont HS in 1942 and received her R.N at St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. She married Robert Welsh in 1947 and had 2 daughters Sandra Rogers from Phoenix and Marcia Lavigne in Shreveport, LA. She has a sister Dora Dubs and grandson Scott Braun in Phoenix. Funeral services 10:30 AM Saturday, December 10th at Stubbs- Conner Funeral Home 185 N. Main St. in Waynesville, with visitation 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
