Annetta Spurlock's Obituary
SPURLOCK, Annetta age 88 of Waynesville and formerly of Lebanon passed away Sat. Nov. 3, 2012 at Quaker Heights Nursing Home in Waynesville. Annetta retired from Avon in 1985 and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Waynesville. She enjoyed cooking, canning, and caring for others. She was preceded in death by her parents Justus and Bertha Richardson and two brothers Trumer and Jaye Richardson. She is survived by her two daughters Joyce Ann (Chuck) Frogge and Wanda Sue Horn; four grandchildren Michele (Tony) Audia, Jeff (Angela) Harner, Salena Horn, and Kelby Horn; several great grandchildren; and one brother Justus Day (Mabel) Richardson Jr. Funeral services were 1 PM Tues. Nov. 6 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Bill Perry and Roger Dale McCloud officiated. Interment was in Clarksville Cemetery. The family received friends one hour prior to the service Tues. at the funeral home.
