Barbara Walther's Obituary
WALTHER, Barbara L. age 80 of Waynesville died from cancer Tues. April 12, 2011 in her home surrounded by family. She was the developer of Victoria Place in Waynesville. An avid organic gardener, she was a steward of the planet and a promoter of animal welfare. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 1963. Our loving mother is survived by her son Nick; two daughters Linda McSwain and Nancy Walther; three grandchildren Katie and Richard McSwain and Josh Bachelder; and her dear pets. Private services at the convenience of the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice with regard to animal welfare. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
