Betty Jane Lane's Obituary
LANE, Betty Jane, age 92, of Waynesville and formerly of Wilmington, passed away Mon. Feb. 22, 2016 at Quaker Heights Care Community in Waynesville. Betty was a member of the Sharon United Methodist Church, Wilmington. She was also a member of the Sharon Mother's Club and the United Methodist Women. She greatly enjoyed crafting and sewing. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard in 1999, one grandson Kevin Lane, her parents Oliver and Emma Bauer, and her sister Jeanette Price. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law Richard (Jane) and Ron (Sharon) Lane; three grandchildren Alissa (Joe) Huschart, Jeremy (Jammie) Lane, and Amber (Allen) Chapa; and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services 11 AM Sat. Feb. 27 at Sharon United Methodist Church, Wilmington. Rev. Peggy Cromer will be officiating. Burial will be in New Antioch Cemetery, Wilmington.
