Billy Norris Hubbs' Obituary
HUBBS, Billy Norris, age 80, of Xenia and formerly of Waynesville and Corbin, KY, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Hospice of Butler & Warren County with his family by his side.
Billy retired after 30 years from Mad River Township School where he was a teacher and principal. He attended the Church of Christ in Cincinnati. As an avid golfer, he was well known at Holly Hills Golf Club in Waynesville, where he even worked for a short time. Among many things he will be remembered for being a great man that loved everyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Mamie Hubbs; one brother James; and five sisters Emily, Audrey, Lillian, Betty Sue, and Janice. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna; two daughters Dena (Rob) Schreoder and Billie (Tim) Bargo; six grandchildren Tara Hackman, Shawn Hill, Logan Pennington, Steffi Lutz, Randi Bargo-Smith, and Tori Beth Bargo; eight great grandchildren Bradlee, Ethan, Angela, Cameron, Morgan, Lexi, Landon, and Cade; and one sister Dorothy Mackey.
