Brenda L. Smith's Obituary
SMITH, Brenda L. age 59 of Wilmington and formerly of Harveysburg passed away Sat. Oct. 6, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Brenda retired from Warren County Community Services in April of 2007 after 32 years of service. She was affiliated with Friendship Baptist Church and greatly enjoyed flowers, gardening, cooking, crafts, knitting, needlepoint, and reading. She was preceded in death by a daughter Annette Smith and her father Lester Linville. She is survived by her husband Hubert E. Smith Jr., married 42 years; four children Tim and his wife Tonia Smith of TN, Charlotte and her husband John Stukey of CO; Kim Lamb of Waynesville, and Jason and his wife Lacey Smith of Waynesville; four grandchildren Tiffany, Taylor, and Tanner Smith and Brandon Lamb; her mother Elanor Linville Rutherford (Lockhart) of TN; two brothers Lester and his wife Randee Linville and Donald Linville both of FL; and two sisters Barb and her husband Bob Alvey of TN and Sheila and her husband Herb Rooks of Wilmington. Funeral services 10:30 A.M. Tues. Oct. 9 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Pastor David Damerson officiating. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family received friends 5-8 P.M.
