Calvin G. St. John's Obituary
St. JOHN, Calvin G., age 92, of Otterbein Senior Living in Lebanon, and formerly of Waynesville, passed away Mon. March 26, 2018. Calvin was a WWII Army veteran. He retired after working 29 years at NCR and 10 more years at GM. Following his formal retirement, he worked 17 more years at Ellis Super Value in Waynesville. He was preceded in death by his wife Elsie in 2010; two sons Roger and Roderick “Roddy” St. John; his parents Hurin and Elsie St. John; and two sisters Esther St. John and Shirley Ivins. He is survived by one sister Ruth Fraunknecht; three nieces Gail Clark, Amy Davidson, and Marianne Fraunknecht; and nephew Randy Ivins. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Sat. March 31 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Burial will be in Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Sat. at the funeral home.
