Carole Jean McKeehan's Obituary
McKeehan, Carole Jean, age 83, of Waynesville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 16, 2018 with her family by her side.
Carole is the daughter of Ray and Minnie Clarkson. She met the love of her life, Glenn H. McKeehan, attending grade school in Kentucky. After high school, they got married in a jewelry store stock room in Jellico, Tennessee and shared 57 years of marriage.
She worked in various vocations and raised their three boys in the Dayton area. Carole and her husband retired in 1981 to a farm in Hillsboro, Ohio. While living in Hillsboro, she enjoyed painting, gardening, amateur ham radio, serving on the Highland County Board of Elections, and being a member of the Hillsboro Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Glenn H. McKeehan. Carole is survived by three sons Glenn, Mark and David; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and siblings Linda Parriman and Doyle Clarkson.
Friends and family will honor and celebrate the life of Carole J McKeehan with a funeral service 11 AM Monday, October 22 at Stubbs Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville.
