Cinda M. Eitel's Obituary
Eitel, Cinda M., age 51, of Waynesville, passed away Monday, July 29th, 2024, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Cinda’s original career was at Kroger Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician, but her true passion was 3D printing. She loved to create trinkets to be sold at fairs like The Ohio Renaissance Festival. The fair life was her happy place; she always looked forward to the camaraderie to be found there. Cinda found joy in meeting people and bringing joy to others. She would do anything to be in front of patrons, whether selling her 3D print creations or making fresh fruit and lemonade shake-ups. She found a similar passion in the role-playing game World of Warcraft, which allowed her skills in creativity, problem-solving, and strategy to be put to the test. Cinda also loved to collect things, namely anything cow-shaped; there were cows on display everywhere in her home. When the family traveled, she would collect shot glasses from across the country and across the globe. One of her favorite places to go on their travels was Buc-ee’s, for everything from their Buc-ee Nugs to their signature T-shirts. She was very loving, had an all-in personality, and had a strong drive to make the best of every moment. She always looked forward to holiday cookouts when the family got together to play a round of cornhole. Among many things, she will be remembered for intense pride and love for her husband and two children.
Cinda was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Osborne. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, John; one son, Devin Eitel; one daughter, Taylor Eitel; her son-in-law, Joshua Sherod; and many close friends.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. If desired, contributions may be made to the RESCU Foundation, which helps support the multitude of talented people who work at Renaissance Festivals to continue to share their traditional skills and art forms to communities.
