Dan E. Zimmer's Obituary
ZIMMER, Dan E. age 75, of Waynesville, passed away Fri. May 26, 2017 at Quaker Heights Care Community in Waynesville. Dan served in the Army in his younger days. He retired from Kings Island in 1985 after more than 20 years of service. He greatly enjoyed outdoor activities, especially golf. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Doris Zimmer. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia; three sons Anthony (Julie) Zimmer, Steven Zimmer, and Michael (Rachel) Zimmer; daughter Courtney Lee (Scot) Burnham; 10 grandchildren Zach, Cody, Tori, Shelby, Ashley, Joshua, Samantha, Jacquelyn, Sierra, and Lance; two brothers Terry (Gaylene) Zimmer and Alan (Kim) Zimmer; and one sister Jody Quinn. The family will receive friends 4:00 - 5:30 PM Thurs. June 1 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville.
