David D. Howard's Obituary
HOWARD, David D. age 76, of Spring Valley and formerly of Wilmington, passed away Wed. Aug. 19, 2015 at the Dayton VA. David was a graduate from Spring Valley High School and was an Air Force veteran. He retired from Pitney Bowes in 1985 as a machinist. David was a member of the Fairview Primitive Baptist Church in Bellbrook and he also greatly enjoyed music and guitars. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine in 2005, his two sons Leonard and Russell R. Howard; and his parents Wendell and Dortha Howard. He is survived by his three sons J.D. (Jennie) Howard, Robert (Lisa) Howard, and David (Darla) Howard Jr.; one daughter Linda (Robert) McCormick; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and three sisters Carol (James) Graham, Marilyn (Donald) Jordan, and Helen (Hugh) Bledsoe. Graveside services 10 AM Sat. Aug. 22 at Fairview Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Bellbrook. If desired, contributions may be made to Dayton VA Hospice.
