Debra J. Leyes' Obituary
LEYES, Debra J., age 61, of Waynesville, passed away Mon. March 19, 2018. Debbie was born January 23, 1957 to James and Marguerite Grody. She graduated from Springboro High School.
Outgoing, bright, and ornery at times, Debbie greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and gambling. She looked forward to visiting all of the numerous casinos, and she especially enjoyed her trips to Las Vegas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gary in 2005, her parents, and one brother James Grody Jr. She is survived by two sons Gary (Sheila) Leyes and Robert (Kate) Leyes; five grandchildren Richard, Dalton, Hunter, Grant, and Garrett; one brother Tony (Becky) Kirby; and three sisters Cheryl (Phil) Leyes, Faye (Jim) Wilson, and Mary (Leroy) Cummings.
Graveside services will be held Noon Thurs. March 22 at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens, Springboro. Brian Bennett will be officiating the service. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville is serving the family. Condolences at www.stubbsconner.com.
