Delois Lee Wells' Obituary
WELLS, Delois Lee, age 85, of Lebanon and formerly of Waynesville, passed away Thurs. June 15, 2017 at Cedarview Health Care Center in Lebanon. Delois formerly attended Ridgeville Christian Church and worked at the election polls every year. She was a women of many talents; anywhere from canning and cooking a variety of foods, to sewing, driving tractors, and taking care of animals. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Above everything she loved being able to take care of her husband. She was preceded in death by her son Robert Lee Wells; her parents Jerry Marr Profitt and Viola Ann Profitt; four brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Cecil Lee Wells; one son Charles Jerry (Carolyn) Wells; three daughters Betty Wells, Olivia (David) Taylor, and LaDonna A. Russel; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and many friends, family, and loved ones. Funeral services 1 PM Fri. June 23 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Dennis Bunnel will be officiating. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 11 AM - 1 PM Fri. at the funeral home.
