Denise L. Killian's Obituary
KILLIAN, Denise L., age 48, of Xenia, passed away Mon. April 22, 2019.
Denise graduated from Fortis College in 2010 with a degree in medical coding. She was attending Emmanuel Baptist Church in Xenia and was baptized at the church in early part of April. She was a waitress at many locations, but her favorite places were IHOP and the Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers restaurant. In her spare time, she greatly enjoyed fishing with her son Tyler and watching football, especially games involving the Dallas Cowboys. She also loved to dance. She was a fun and outgoing person who never met a stranger. She will be especially remembered for her love of chatting with others and for the love of her family.
She was preceded in death by her father Dennis Hart. She is survived by one son Tyler “Ty” Killian; one daughter Randi (Joseph) Essig; grandson Thomas Joseph “TJ” Essig; her mother Connie Lewis and her other mother Connie Hart; one brother Deurk (Angie) Cook; one sister Tonya Bryant; two stepbrothers Dave and Steve; one step sister Jenny; one nephew Deon; two nieces Ashley and Alyssa; her Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Jerry; and her Uncle Dave and Aunt Carolyn.
A celebration of life service will be held 7 PM Mon. April 29 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Pastor Anthony Wade will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 - 7 PM on Mon. April 29 at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses at the funeral home.
