Memories: So Many Memories Irma and I had with Gene, Marilyn and Danny!! Dinners out in wonderful restaurants, from Dayton to Cincinnati and in between. Camping on weekends along the Ohio River. Vacations on Dale Hollow Lake, and winters together in Florida. And, of course, the 5 summers we rented the cottage back at "Twin Ponds" on the Slorp farm on S.R. 48. If anything didn't look just right, Danny would see it and say,
"Gene can fix that"... and Gene could, most of the time. Gene was a quiet leader, who could flash that quick grin! He will be So Missed!!!
Marilyn, Danny, "Libby", and Sarah & Families, hold each other tight... and know that we will all see Gene someday again in a Better Place!

Marilyn, Dan, Libby and Sara, I am so sorry to hear of Gene's passing. I remember him as being a soft spoken gentleman. I also remember him at a few parties having a wonderful time, especially after Marilyn taught us the game "pass the plate" !!! 😉
