Edna Marie McKeever Davis' Obituary
DAVIS, Edna Marie McKeever age 97, of Mt. Olivet, KY, passed away Wed. Nov. 29, 2017 at Care Center of Kenton Pointe in Maysville, KY. Born in Waynesville on Aug. 11, 1920, to the late James William and Lizzie Mae Collins McKeever. Edna was a Head Start aide and a member of Piqua Christian Church. She greatly enjoyed crocheting and loved attending her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s ballgames and the Cincinnati Reds. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paris Davis; an infant daughter Margaret Davis; daughter Carline Burken; son William Paris “Bill” Davis; two grandchildren Paris Davis Leyes and Vincent Edwad Leyes; and her parents. She is survived by her son Gary (Liz) Davis; two daughters Mary and Suzanne (James) Leyes; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. Funeral services 6 PM Sat. Dec. 2 at Robertson County Funeral Home in Mt. Olivet, KY. Brother Tom Mitchell will be officiating. The family will receive friends 3-6 PM Sat. at Robertson County Funeral Home.
