Dear Adah and Family,

Let there be no doubt: Ed will be warmly remembered and sorely missed by all who called him friend. Ed welcomed me into Lions Club so many years ago and patiently taught, by example, what it means to be a Lion. And he was the best Lion I ever met. His warm and gentle nature, dedication to community service, to his family, and to his church made him a remarkable citizen.

Ed was like a second father to me as I seemed to be at his house as much as my own when Claudia and I were growing up. He was one of the finest men I ever knew and the world was a better place for him being in it. My love and deepest sympathy to Adah and to Claudia and her family.
