There is a such a void in my heart right now, you weren't just my grandfather, I spent my entire childhood with you, you gave me everything and so much love. You will always be missed. I will love you forever, and I will see you again someday!

I remember when I was little, grandpa would teach me how to ride a bike. I'd take my shoes off because I couldn't pedal without them on & grandma would get so mad at him because my feet would be black from the driveway. Then we would go inside and eat up all the cookies.. Grandma & my mom (Sheila) would call us "Cookie Monsters". One day we went over to grandma's and grandpa's and I taught him how to play a Game Boy. He didn't really understand it though haha. He once gave my $20 for getting good grades and I spent it on a little stuffed chihuahua.. I sleep with it about every night. I would go out in the barn and visit him and pawpaw (Michael).. they'd be watching t.v and I would sit and watch it with them too.. They taught me how to garden too.. I miss you so much grandpa, I love you with all my heart.. r.i.p grandpa. Nothing in this world not even life or death can keep us apart. Forever in our hearts, we love you!

Forever in our hearts Grandpa! You left us with a lifetime of memories, that we will cherish forever! You were a wonderful Husband Father,Brother,Son and the most wonderful Grandpa a girl could ask for. I'm so glad my children shared great memories with you also. I've always looked up to you. You were the hardest working man I've ever known. You served your country with great honor. I loved to watch you dance and so enjoyed dancing with you. Dad is so lost without you. You were a true hero to him in so many ways! We will lay you to rest tomorrow. I know you're already in Heaven dancing for eternity. We all love you so much Grandpa! You will be truly missed, but will remain in our hearts until we meet again and we will dance together for eternity. Love you so much Grandpa! Joanna Cox Weireter,Dylan & Britney

I will miss Grandpa's advice. He was very wise and always knew the right things to say.
I also remember going fishing with him a lot when I was younger. One time I lifted up the net on the boat and accidentally let all the fish out. Oops. But he still let me go fishing with him after that. :) I also remember going to the Pork Festival with him every year. He loved those chops. Lots of good memories that I will cherish forever. He will be missed tremendously. I Love you Grandpa!!
I remember how Grandpa would get so upset when someone would get a "bankrupt" on Wheel of Fortune! I will miss seeing him with his headphones on in front of the tv. :( RIP Grandpa! See you again in paradise
