Gary D. Culberson's Obituary
CULBERSON, Gary D. age 61 of Wilmington passed away Mon. Sept. 3, 2007 at his residence. Gary was a Vietnam Navy veteran and retired from GM in 1998 after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Clarksville Masonic Lodge #323, Wilmington York Rite, Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati, Syrian Shrine in Cincinnati, and Miami Chapter O.E.S. in Waynesville. He greatly enjoyed woodworking. He was preceded in death by his father Dale and one brother Harold. He is survived by his wife Shirley, married 41 years; son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Terri Culberson of Wilmington; daughter and son-in-law Danara and John Shaffer of Waynesville; four grandchildren Joseph, T.J., Nicholas, and Braden; his mother Wanda Culberson of AZ; two brothers Larry Culberson of AZ and Gearold and his wife Brenda Culberson of Clarksville; and two sisters Darlene Combs of FL and Carlene and her husband Brackie Sekavec of AZ. Funeral services 1:30 PM Thurs. Sept. 6 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Wed. at the funeral home immediately followed by Masonic and Scottish Rite services. If desired, contributions may be made to the Syrian Shrine Burn Institute of Cincinnati or the Foster J. Boyd Cancer Center in Wilmington.
