George Phillip Locke's Obituary
LOCKE, George P. age 67 of Waynesville and formerly of Wilmington and Sabina died Sunday 2/24/08 at Hospice of Dayton. He retired from Ameritech and worked several years at Elder Beermans. He graduated from Sabina HS, was a member of the Waynesville First Baptist Church, Waynesville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and Antioch Shrine Dayton. He served in the Navy from 1958-1962. He is survived by his wife Karleen Kay; one son Jason C. Locke of Waynesville; one brother & sister-in-law John & Cheryl Locke of Sabina and one sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Eugene Combs of Waynesville. Funeral services are 1:30 PM Wednesday at the Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home Waynesville. Pastor Bill Perry will officiate. Burial will follow in Miami Cemetery Corwin, OH. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to the Waynesville First Baptist Church 1009 Lytle Rd. Waynesville, OH 45068.
