BRACKNEY, George W. age 99 of Waynesville passed away Wed. 12/26/2007 at Heartland of Miamisburg. He worked for NCR sixteen yrs., for GM for over twenty, and was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Waynesville Masonic Lodge # 163 & Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte C., one son Robert, one grandson David, & three sisters. Mr. Brackney is survived by one son George Brackney & his wife Dorothy of Centerville, 3 daughters Jeanine Richards & her husband Thomas of Springboro, Shirley Fields of Waynesville, Melva Burdge & her husband Dale of GA, several grandchildren, gt. & gt. gt. grandchildren. Funeral services & Scottish Rite services are 11:00 AM Mon. 12/31/07 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home Waynesville. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
