Geraldine Young's Obituary
YOUNG, Geraldine (Dakin) age 90 of Lebanon died peacefully at home Sun. Nov. 8, 2009. She graduated from Waynesville High School in 1938. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles in 1998; her son Stephen in 2007; five brothers Carl, Melvin, Glenn, Darrell, and Herbert; and five sisters Lois Mulford, Dorothy Sargeant, Mable Stiles, Hazel Nixon, and Opal Beal. She is survived by one son Michael "Smoke" C. Young, grandson Danny, her twin sister Madeleine Armstrong, and her other sister Betty Brant. Funeral services 2 PM Wed. Nov. 11 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Pastor Steve Tufts officiating. Burial Lebanon Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Wed. at the funeral home.
