Gloria F. Moore's Obituary
Moore, Gloria F., age 74, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Sardinia, passed away Sat. Nov. 14, 2015 in Florida. Gloria served as a head of the tristate mayors committee, the bicentennial mayor for Sardinia in 1976. As well as being a manager of Frisch’s Restaurant in Cincinnati, she was an entrepreneur known throughout Brown County for her pizza restaurants. Later Gloria retired to Ocala FL, where she resided to this day. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Spornhauer; one son Jonathan Spornhauer; her parents Anthony and Mary Edith Moore; three brothers Palmer, Kenny, and Roger Moore; and three sisters Marie Adkins, Betty Kelley, and Bonita Moore. She is survived by her six sons Ray (Rosa), Joe, Jim (Miriam), Tim, Jack (Stephanie), and Sam (JoAnna) Spornhauer; two daughters Marianna (Dwight) Lamb and Gina (Terry) Green; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother James (Jane) Moore; and two sisters Glenda (Don) Carrier and Sue (L.B.) Gullette. Funeral services 1 PM Thurs. Nov. 19 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial will be in Cherry Fork Cemetery, Cherry Fork. The family will receive friends 11:30 AM-1 PM Thurs. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Go Fund Me in memory of Gloria Moore- Spornhauer.
