COOK, Jacqueline "Jackie" D. age 38 of Wilmington went home to be with Jesus Wed. July 22, 2105 at Hospice of Butler & Warren County. Jackie was a member of Sure Foundation Ministries, Harveysburg. She greatly enjoyed singing, laughing, animals, babies, attending church, rides in the car with her mom, going out to eat, shopping, and spending time with her niece, nephew, friends, and family. She was preceded in death by her father Herbert Lamb, grandparents Dennis & Nancy Morgan, and grandma Clara Cook. She is survived by her mother Colleen Lamb, her brother Bobby (Shanna) Yates, sister Angela Speaks, niece Whitney (Seth) Northern, nephew Paul Speaks Jr., and great nieces Emery and Natalie Northern. Funeral services Noon Sat. July 25 at Sure Foundation Ministries, Harveysburg. Danny Morgan will be officiating. Burial will be at Miami Cemetery, Corwin.
