James Z. Mullins' Obituary
MULLINS, James Z. age 82, of Waynesville and formerly of Kettering, passed away Fri. Feb. 3, 2017 at Lincoln Park Manor in Kettering. James greatly enjoyed bluegrass music and attending bluegrass festivals. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed camping, hiking, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife Ada Lorena in 2005, his parents Luther and Allie Mullins, two brothers Frank and Billy Mullins, and two sisters Daisy and Dorothy Mullins. He is survived by his daughter Jamie Mullins, granddaughter Jacqueline (James) Wilhoite, great granddaughter Savannah, and two sisters Ann Overbee and Una Bishop. A celebration of life service will begin 5 PM Tues. Feb. 7 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. The family will receive friends 3 - 5 PM Tues. at the funeral home.
