Jerrold W. Rigg's Obituary
RIGG, Jerrold W. age 79, of Franklin, passed away Mon. July 10, 2017 at Hospice of Butler/Warren County.
Jerry owned and operated Rigg Roofing and Sheet Metal for 50 years. He retired from Stearns Textiles in Lockland after 10 years of service and was a member of the LifeBridge Christian Church in Middletown.
Jerry loved to laugh and cut up. He had a great sense of humor and would do anything for you. He greatly enjoyed wood working, bluegrass music, and camping. Some of his favorite times were sitting by a campfire during trips to Lake Waynoka, surrounded by family. He was a family man and loved to be anywhere if he was with his wife.
He was preceded in death by his mom Dorothy and one sister Marilyn Hartman. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Caroleen; three children Cheryl Turner, Bonnie (Barry) Daniels, and Jay W. Rigg; six grandchildren Carrie, Kyle, Christina, Jacob, Jordan, and Justin; three great grandchildren Cheyanne, Zenith, and Andrew; his 105 years old dad, Joseph Rigg; and one sister Linda (Merl) Cummings.
Funeral services 1 PM Fri. July 14 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 11 AM - 1 PM Fri. at the funeral home.
