Karen R. McFarland's Obituary
McFarland, Karen R., age 77, of Waynesville, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at Oak Creek Terrace in Kettering surrounded by her loving daughters.
Karen greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildson, caring for her pets, and reading. She dedicated her life to her children and grandson and surrounded them with unconditional love. Formerly a resident of Lebanon, Ohio, where she spent years dedicated to the Lebanon Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Peggy LeMaster. She is survived by her two daughters, Christina (Carl) Suchomel and Bethany (Chastina French) McFarland; grandson, Andrew Suchomel; one sister, Vicki (Rick) Bradburn; and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, their spouses, and grandson. They will reflect on her bravery, kindness and good humor.
A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, January 16 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville, limited to immediately family in attendance only due to COVID-19. However, the family invites those who wish to view the service to watch on the livestream.
