Kayla M. Cook's Obituary
COOK, Kayla M. age 18 passed away unexpectedly Wed. May 16, 2007 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Kayla was a student at Lebanon High School and the Warren County Vocational Center and greatly enjoyed horses. She is survived by her mother Johnna Fitzgerald Cook and her fiancée Jim Florio, father Rob and his wife Kelly Cook, siblings Shelby Cook, Brandon Ottke, and Carly Cook all of Lebanon, grandparents Jane Ramby Merrill, John Fitzgerald, and Alyce and Bill Dunlap, great grandparents Evelyn Baird, Thelma Romp, and Alice and Leslie Van Fossen, special friend Levi, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services were 6 PM Mon. May 21 at the Waynesville First Baptist Church. The family received friends 2-6 PM Mon. at the church. If desired, contributions may be made to the Kayla Cook Memorial Fund c/o Fifth Third Bank. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
