Kelly was truly a great boss. He cared so much about his people but at the same time, he held us all to a high standard that he held himself.

Although I never got to officially meet you, I heard so many wonderful things and stories about you from your daughter Jessica. We were co-teachers for a year at MBHS and she loved to share stories about you and her family. I feel like I knew you and one thing I am most certain about is that you were loved exponentially by your daughter and your family. You were a hero in Jessica's eyes. Thank you for your service both military and police.
