I was fortunate enough to travel to China with Larry in high school to play basketball. It was great having Larry on the team. Being so far away from home was hard but we could always count on Larry for a laugh or a sincere conversation. He had a heart of gold.

I am so sorry to hear of larrys death. He was every teachers dream student. Always had a smile, worked hard, polite and treated everyone with respect. I will keep you all in my prayers. We wonder why such a great person is taken so young but God must have had a reason. Have faith
A touch football game with Larry and the rest of the crew in our little slow-paced town of Lytle feels like a lifetime ago, and somehow not so long. What I remember most about Larry was his unrelenting smile and caring heart. My condolences to his family and friends. Larry will be missed, and the life he lived, celebrated.
