Larry Foster's Obituary
FOSTER, Larry G. age 62 of Franklin passed away Sun. June 15, 2008 at the Atrium Medical Center. Larry was currently employed at Tincher’s Welding in Harveysburg as the operations manager, faithfully serving for 23 years, and previously worked as a self employed owner operator. He was recently baptized and became a member of the Spring Hill Church of Christ in Middletown, a member of the Waynesville Masonic Lodge #163, and greatly enjoyed fishing, boating, jet skiing with his grandchildren, and spending time at their place in Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Carrie Foster, two brothers Clay and James Preston Foster, and recently by his sister Alfreda (nee: Foster) McDowell. He is survived by his wife Rebecca, married 42 years; daughter Sheri Foster-McCloskey (Hugh) of Cincinnati; four grandchildren Riley Megan, Kaleigh Ashton, Jack, and Grace; one brother Tommy (Janice) Foster of KY, two sisters Betty (Bob) Daniels of Franklin and Bonnie (nee: Foster) Smith of NJ; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services 10:30 AM Sat. June 21 at STUBBS-CONNER FUNERAL HOME, Waynesville. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 4:30-7:30 PM Fri. at the funeral home with Masonic services to follow at 7:30 PM. Larry was well liked and loved by his many friends, family and co-workers and will be deeply missed by all. If desired, contributions may be made to the Shriners Burns Hospital in Cincinnati.
