Larry J. Vance's Obituary
VANCE, Larry Junior age 68, of Waynesville and formerly of Clinton Clinton, passed away Fri. April 22, 2016 at Sycamore Hospital, Dayton. Larry was born Aug 9, 1947 and grew up in Clinton County. He was a Vietnam era veteran, serving in both the Army and National Guard. He currently worked for Tri-State Paper in Centerville for 16 years and formerly worked for Wilco Inc. in Spring Valley for 23 years. He was a member, and current treasurer, of Lighthouse Harbor Church in Lebanon. He greatly enjoyed attending Lighthouse Harbor Church, camping, and watching his grandson Noah play sports. He was preceded in death by his parents Clement Junior and Georgia Etta Vance. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Wanda (Webb); one son Shawn (Jackie) Lindsey; two daughters Angela Johnson and Vickie Oglesbee; four grandchildren Dustin Oglesbee, Kaitlyn Johnson, Hunter Johnson, and Noah Lindsey; one brother Gary (Jeanie) Vance; two sisters Karen (Danny) Hymer and Sharon (Randy) Swetnman; sister-in-law Irene (Lee) Winkler; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services 1 PM Wed. April 27 at Lighthouse Harbor Church, Lebanon. Pastor Larry Isaacs will be officiating. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery, Corwin.
