Larry R. Whipkey Jr.'s Obituary
WHIPKEY, Larry R. Jr. age 48 of Beavercreek and formerly of Waynesville passed away Mon. July 14, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton. Larry was a Desert Shield Marine veteran. He received an Associate's Degree from Sinclair, two undergraduate degrees and a Master's Degree from UD, and an MBA from Wright State University. He taught at Sinclair and UD part time for five years. He was recently employed at Xylem in Yellow Springs. He previously worked eight years for the Dayton Phoenix Group, eight years at Mitsubishi Electric in Mason, and Delphi in Dayton for five years. He attended church at Crossview Christian Church in Waynesville. He was preceded in death by his dad Larry Roger Whipkey Sr. Private services 1 PM Fri. July 18 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Harry Moresi will be officiating. Burial will be Miami Cemetery. Private visitation will be 11 AM - 1 PM Fri. at the funeral home.
