Lester Eldridge's Obituary
ELDRIDGE, Lester age 89 of Waynesville and formerly of Hillsboro passed away Sat. May 31, 2014. Lester was a WWII Navy Veteran and retired from NCR after 34 years of service and the Kroger Co. after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents Farish and Anna Lee Eldridge; his sisters Marie, Reva, Evelyn, Wanda, Lorene, Cleda, and Etta; his brothers Ernest, Estill, Chalmer, and Leonard Ray. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Rilda; four sons Dennis (Marilyn), Kenny (Debbie), Randy (Joyce), and Roger Eldridge; three daughters Cecilia (Mark) O’Dell, Cynthia Backer, and Leslie Susan (Paul); 24 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and one sister Cassie Mae Greenwell. Visitation at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services Noon Wednesday, June 4 at Friendship Baptist Church, 10600 E. St. Rt. 73, Harveysburg, OH. Dr. David Rakes officiating. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin, OH.
