I used to borrow her Mennonite Community Cookbook that she gave me one for my high school graduation, probably thinking the only way to get hers back was to give one to me! I still have the cookbook, 46 years later!
There was no one like Linda! She had a way of making everyone feel in good spirits and a part of the action. So many good memories of late dinners at the glider club. Also at her house in Waynesville, especially the Christmas parties. We'd play the player piano and sing Christmas carols. And enjoy music upstairs. I'll always think of Linda when I hear Joe Walsh's "Life's been good to me so far." Linda will always have a very special place in my heart. My condolences especially to John, Jeff, Tracey and Debo. I truly wish I could be there in person but as luck would have it, I've had a trip planned for months to pick up my daughter out of the country during Linda's funeral. I'll do my best to attend via phone.

Our holiday dinners, we sat around the Christmas with the family and open presents. I remember sitting on her couch watching Christmas movies with her.
It was a pleasure to get to know Linda through the Progressive Women’s Club. She will be missed by her many friends.
