Louella M. Hiatt's Obituary
HIATT, Louella M. age 93 of Oregonia passed away Thurs. Dec. 7, 2006 at her residence. Born July 5, 1913 to Walter and Myrta Biggs in Oregonia. Louella lived at her home place for all 93 years of her life. She retired from Springtime Bulb after 29 years of service and was a member of the Ridgeville Community Church. She greatly enjoyed flowers, wildlife, reading her Bible, writing, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband J.C. in 1977; son and daughter-in-law Rev. Johnnie and Vesta Jenia Hiatt; four brothers Forrest, Johnny, Walter (Ellen), and Willie Biggs; and three sisters Emma (Welton) Hizar, Elda (Maynard) Hackney, and Genevieve (Leslie) Zimmerman. She is survived by her two granddaughters Amy Branham of Goshen and Tina Branham of Lebanon; great grandson Blake Branham; very special niece Katharine (Mel) Smolik of Kettering; daughter-in-law Judi Hiatt of Cincinnati; three nieces Helen (Faye) Powell of Wilmington, Bernadine (Charles) Beckett of Wilmington, and Donna Jean (Glen) Williams of Maineville; nephew Walter (Debbie) Briggs of Oregonia; special friends Pauline Kilburn and Betty Bright both of Lebanon; and numerous great, great great, and great great great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 1 P.M. Fri. Dec. 15 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Thurs. at the funeral home.
