Lounette Miller's Obituary
MILLER, Lounette, age 92, of Waynesville passed away Sat. Dec. 27, 2014 at Quaker Heights Care Community, Waynesville. For many years, Lounette owned and operated Miller's Campground in Waynesville. She was a member of the Lytle United Methodist Church and the Mary L. Cook Public Library Reading Club. She greatly enjoyed quilting, fishing, and gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband Merill in 1998; her parents Irvin and Grady Bowling; and three brothers Astor, Felix, and Maynard Bowling. She is survived by two sons Charles Bowling and Timothy (Teresa) Miller; three daughters Peggy (Mike) Clark, Judy (Jerry) Ball, and Glenda (Paul) Warman; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and her sister Betty Tomlin. Funeral services 11 AM Wed. Dec. 31 at the Lytle United Methodist Church. Pastor Brian Blankenship will be officiating. Burial will be at Heritage Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Tues. at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Lounette's memory.
