Luz M. Guzman's Obituary
Luz M. Guzman died on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at her home in Perth Amboy, NJ. She was 80.
Born in Cuamo, Puerto Rico, she resided in Perth Amboy for over 50 years.
Mrs. Guzman was employed as a Nurse's Aide at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy for 29 years until retiring in 1998.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Yvonne Opsahl, in 2006.
Surviving are four sons, Eli Guzman, of Metuchen, Edwin Guzman, of Perth Amboy, Jesse Guzman, of Trenton, and Pablo Guzman, of Perth Amboy; three sisters, Minga Kania, Margaret Nelson, and Jo Kupiouski; two brothers, Ray and John Ortiz; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge, NJ.
A graveside service at Miami Cemetery, Corwin, OH will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 10:00 am. A short viewing will be held at 9:00 am prior to graveside service. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home of Waynesville, OH is serving the family.
