I was reading today 1/22/21 the Wilmington College Link and read that Marty had passed away. Her and I were roommates in college and sorority sisters, we pledged together. It brings tears to my eyes and sadness to my heart. She still has the same hairstyle. She traveled to the beat of her own drum. I remember reddish hair and miles of freckles. I will hold her memory dear to my heart. Prayers to her family. It delights my heart she became a Christian and she in Heaven.

Jeff, Jessica, and Luke, I am so very sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of Marty, mostly the time spent in your kitchen watching her loving create meals for the family. I spent so much time at your house growing up, she probably thought I had moved in. She introduced me to new foods, and showed me that animals are family, and of course I remember her laugh. She will be missed. I am praying for all of you.
