There must be something special about the number - 16 - to Aunt Mary and her Sister Lorena Small; who went to be with the Jesus on January 16th, 2016. I remember your whole family as kind & friendly patients for Dr. De Bard in Centerville. probably remembering best when Charlotte was born. I loved that little girl when she was born and watched her grow.She hated shots! My deepest sympathy to all the family. I live at St. Leonard now but fondly remember all of Dr. De Bard's patients. Charlotte, I will never forget the first time I met your mom in 1984!! We were at your apartment in Middletown. From day one, Mary made me feel special because you were my 1st friend from teaching. Through the years we became "family." I felt that her (and your dad) took special notice to Katie and Ben as if they were their "grandchildren". Many of fun times on the farm! I will miss sending Christmas cards to their address. Mary, you and Charles will always be embedded in my mind. Thoughts and prayers go to you, Charlotte and Rosemary as well as the rest of the family at this time.
