Mary Jo Howard's Obituary
HOWARD, Mary Jo age 68 of Waynesville passed away Sat. Jan. 6, 2007 at Kettering Hospital. Born Jan. 14, 1938 to Thomas and Ruth Weaver in Dayton. Mary graduated from Wilbur Wright High School class of ’56 and later retired from Wayne Local Schools after 20 years of service. A true Buckeye, she was an avid antique collector, giver of love, and embraced the community like a part of her family. She is survived by her husband Bill, married 48 years; five sons Jeff and his wife Ginny of Kettering, Scott and his wife Rosemary of Waynesville, Brad and his wife Debbie of Waynesville, Brian of Waynesville, and Joey and his wife Angie Howard of FL; 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers Bill and his wife Marlene Weaver of Kettering and Dick and his wife Connie Weaver of Vandalia; two sisters Pat Krug of Vandalia and Nancy Knoblaugh of Hillsboro; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. Funeral Services 11 A.M. Thurs. Jan. 11 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville. Bob Jones officiating. Burial Miami Cemetery, Corwin. The family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Wed. at the funeral home.
