Melinda Darst's Obituary
Melinda Langdon McMinn Darst of Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, on June 3rd, 2014. She was born May 13, 1960, daughter of John and Cherie McMinn. She is survived by her father, John McMinn, her husband, Greg Darst, children, Meredith and John, all of Lebanon, and step daughter, Jennifer of Winston, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her mother Cherie and her brother, Scott.
Mindy had a deep love for her children and taught them to pursue passion and excellence. She developed an early love of horses and pursued that passion throughout her life building a successful equestrian business, Lochmoor Stables. She was especially committed to young riders and their families, many who remained her great friends.
Funeral Services will be held at St Patrick’s in Lebanon at 3 pm on Monday June 9th.
